Division Head - Property
DEPARTMENT
Sales & Leasing Department
REQUIREMENTS

Responsibility :

  • Advise the management on sales & leasing strategies and identify and explore investment opportunities in Hong Kong, mainland and oversea markets
  • Monitor and evaluate the property market and investment trends of Hong Kong and other countries
  • Carry out feasibility studies and reports for management approval
  • Travel globally to negotiate deals, execute transactions and sales & leasing plan

Requirement:

  • Degree in Real Estate / Marketing / Surveying or relevant disciplines
  • Professional qualifications such as HKIS/RICS/CFA is a definite advantage
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience, of which 5 years in managerial level with property developer
  • Proven track records in sales and leasing of investment properties, and asset disposal and acquisition
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Analytical mind, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
