Operation Services Officer
DEPARTMENT

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

  • Train and monitor the operation staff performance in order to enhance the security service standard of property
  • Deliver professional all-round service to the property; Maintain smooth and efficient operation of the property
  • Lead and serve special or ad-hoc and occasion if required

Requirement:

  • At least 2 years’ solid experience in customer service / property management / hotel management with fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Smart, efficient, energetic and good organization skills
  • Good common sense, interpersonal skills and team player
  • Able to work under pressure and work over time if required
  • Shift Duty may be required; 10 hours per day
